Congrats on the new machine. I need to bring mine in for service. Maybe this week my dad or DH could help me.
D good luck with your sewing today.
Thanks Chiara!
Did they do a CT scan or sonogram? If food is affecting you, maybe schedule a visit with a gastro if it turns out to not be your gallbladder. And I do hope you figure it out soon so you can have your Chipotle!
Actually - I go in for an ultrasound this morning... Fasting as I type... Sigh - I could really use some coffee!
Thanks. I'm back to panic mode this morning. I go back and forth - yesterday I remembered over the summer I slipped going up the stairs (I fall upstairs, never down

) and smashed my toe badly. So then I was hoping that maybe this was a residual effect of that and felt optimistic. Today not so much. I go tomorrow at 11:40, and then hopefully we will have results by next week.
I'll be thinking of you today - please keep us updated.
Good idea to look for a used one! My aunt and uncle retired this past year, sold their house and bought a townhouse and an RV. They planned to drive from the Cape down to Florida and explore as much of the west coast of FL as they could in a certain amount of time, and then fly home (and store it there - I guess they have places for things like that). Then they would fly back several months later and continue on and go about their traveling that way. About two weeks into their trip I noticed his FB status said something about skiiing in Maine. I commented that I thought that was in the wrong direction - turns out their RV broke down in South Carolina so they left it to be fixed, and flew to ME to go skiing instead
LOL Sounds totally logical to me.
Wow...so many camper decisions! Is there any place you can rent one and try it out to see if it is something you really want to invest in?
We probably could... I didn't think of that.
I hope things went well with your BFF's DD and the girls! And IKWYM about the dinner thing - when we get in late from hockey practice, everyone else is just sitting here. Dinner is made (in the crockpot or just needs to be heated quickly), but you'd think the table would at least be set so we could get to eating right away.

Although, in her defense, Clara will cook wonderful meals on weekends and days off, but not so much during the week.
My BFF never did make it over... The roads and weather got too bad.
Yah - I have issues during the week too... Or any time for that matter... My family always teases me that I am best at boiling - which is soooo NOT true. LOL
Ok, that's it, I'm going to the attic and taking a look at that sewing machine today! Wish me luck
So, how'd it go????

Just think you could go camping at Fort Wilderness if you ever buy a camper.
I am not the camping type. The house in Maine is the most "roughing it" that I can get.
LOL I don't know if I could ever get Josh back to Disney - but yes, maybe FW is the answer?
I love perfect lazy days at home with the family. Sometimes those are so much better than any planned event or outing.
My extended family has started doing a family game night the last Sunday of every month. We eat dinner and then play games and its so much fun. Everyone comes in sweats, relaxes and enjoys the company. I can't wait until our next one.
That sounds like so much fun... We do lots of family game nights, but I am sorry to say that almost all of them involve the Wii - since I hate cleaning up game pieces.
Well if you still haven't seen it by May, let me know....I have the A&E version as well as Ms Knightly's version. I'm kinda a P&P freak....I've read the book countless times and love watching all versions of the movie. I can bring it with me in case we have a rainy night at the hotel.
Have this downloaded to my Kindle Fire too. Totally addicted to Downtown.
Sounds like a plan!
Yep, I think the outfit will go nicely with the paper bag mask I will be wearing so Mo can't get my picture
You'll have to provide that... seeing as I will barely have time to redraft a pattern for your outfit.
We had a couple of "vintage" campers before we bought the Roo. The first was a Cox camper which was a pop up with 2 beds and a table & benches. No bathroom, no kitchen, but it was light weight and easy to move around. Then we bought an older Shasta that we tried to restore but it took way more work than we could handle so we decided to buy a new one. I love my Roo but we do spend more time outside than inside when we camp. DH likes to play with the campfire

.
That's what I really want is a vintage Shasta... Aaaaah - that's my dream... But I am afraid it will be too much work. I was hoping to maybe find one that's mostly restored...

I had an amazing day in my sewing room yesterday! I managed to totally cut out my bag and finish the appliques too. Since this is a messenger - it isn't quilted. Thankfully it makes me week easier, as I have so much going on this week - I was worried that I wouldn't be able to fit it all in.
I also got my grocery list done and my coupons sorted... I hope to get a few good deals when I go grocery shopping on Friday.
Today is my ultrasound... I am currently in fasting mode, and my lack-of-caffeine headache is killing me. I think I plan to detour into Carabou when I finish at the Dr.
Then this afternoon, I have a hair appointment - I am in desperate need.
I hope you all have an amazing day.
D~
