Audiovox D1210 Mobile DVD?

Does anyone have this Audiovox D1210 Mobile DVD unit? How do you like it? I have been watching the prices and now they seem to be on clearance. Not sure why - are they coming out with something better or is this a lemon? Any input would be appreciated. Right now I have a 9" TV/VCR for the car but am looking to upgrade to a DVD for our Sept. trip. I don't really want one with those tiny screens since we have 3 kids and it would cost a fortune to get each of them a screen.

I bought an audiovox DVD player for the car and it did not work well at all. It constantly froze the picture and skipped, could take no jarring at all. It was also overheating so I sent it back to the company to get another lemon, only slightly better. I wound up buying another brand on sale at best buy which worked fine. I could not recomend Audiovox due to my experience.
