Hi, guys. It has been a while since my last visit to this board, but I need some help. Can someone look back in your notes to see if you still have an 800# for Auction Monster. After all this time, I am being charged $59.95 by them. I still have my cancellation number, but the 800# I have is not correct. If you have it, will you share it please? Thank you!

hi i saw your question on the auction monster from google. im sorry if this was posted a long time ago. i think i have the same problem as you did with contacting these people. any chance of the number? also did you see that the monthly charge (wich is always different) stated anywhere? i have sent an email to bbc watchdog as i think i have been conned out of money. may i ask you to email them too if you found the same problem? i didnt even recieve the dvd untill over a month later and cannot use it! is scratched and the case is in pieces! so i havent even seen the dvd. thank you for spending the time to look at this

The auction monster number is 800-609-5118 it's a ten day trial if you don't cancel before your ten day trial is up they will bill you monthly it's all in the terms of use on the website. Always remember to read that before signing up so you don't feel like you got conned. It clearly stated that you would be charged monthly if you didn't cancel in time the amount is listed in the terms on the website. Good luck I hope you get it figured out!
