Attractions for 2 adults and 3 little ones

My husband and I will be travelling with our 5 year old and our almost 3 year old twins. We are concerned that for many of the rides, such as Dumbo, 1 adult can't go on the attraction with 2 children. If we each ride with one of our twins, we are concerned that our 5 year old may not want to go on an
attraction with a stranger. We were initially planning to do the Dumbo or die in one day from the Unofficial Guide. How would you recommend managing this situation and where can we read about the seating configuration of each ride?

You can definately fit three in a seat esp with 3yo's!

I travel with my dd's as the solo adult and even now that they are 9 and 11 we ride three in almost everything. Dumbo will be fine as three and two as will all of the fantasyland attractions. Buzz lightyear will be fine, I usually sit in the middle and steer while each of my dd's take a gun. I can only think of a few we don't fit three in and your 3yo's won't likely be tall enough anyway, like space mountain. We even rode three in a row on barnstormer until the oldest was 7 and could ride alone in front of dd and I.

I would thing the Winnie the Pooh ride would be appropriate as well as It's a small world and Mickey's PhilharMagic. Also, maybe the astroorbiter and Peter Pan rides. You could try the teacups also.

The first time we went to Disney, we went with our 5 year old and 3 year old twins. You'll be able to work out any ride you are likely to want to go on. There were a few that I had to squeeze a little to fit three of us or 5 of us, but it always worked. Biggest thing to remember, ( if you haven't already heard it too many tiimes), is take it easy. When your kids have had enough, take a break.
