Hi all! This year, my husband and I will be doing the DCL EBPC as our "big" vacation, but we decided we wanted to also do something with my son to celebrate him completing his freshman year of college. So far, we've booked a hotel for a week in Cocoa Beach and we plan to go one day to Kennedy Space Center and one day to Sea World. We'll be driving down so we'll have a car. We're looking for ideas of other things to do. We aren't really "beach" people, so I can't see spending more than 1 day just laying around at the beach.
So far we've considered Gatorland and doing some sort of boat tour to see manatees/dolphins/alligators. Any suggestions/reviews of vendors? any other ideas? We would also be interested in restaurant recommendations. We're willing to drive an hour, possibly two, if the destination is worth it.
