I was working with another teacher today that I normally don't work with, and when she put her hand down on the desk, I noticed her wedding rings. Her engagement ring is a plain gold band with two side-by-side diamonds on it (I'm terrible with diamond sizing, not sure what size it was - it was a 'medium' size; not overwhelmingly large but also not tiny). The wedding ring had the same design, but with only one diamond. Together, the three diamonds formed a Hidden Mickey. I never had a chance to ask her if this was done intentionally or not, but it was a neat site to see!

LOL, that sounds so cute... I am not sure about a wedding set, but a ring similar to that would be my cup of tea :)

Last December when my husband and I were in Disneyworld we bought new Mickey wedding bands. They are really cute and not overly screaming Mickey. I got mine in EPCOT and he got his in World Of Mickey store as they did not have his size in Epcot.

We enjoy wearing them. They were a little over $300 each but we love them so much and needed new bands.

This time when we go it will be 30 years, I wonder what they'll have new that we can buy!

Cute, but as obsessed as I am with Disney I would want a traditional, classy ring for my wedding ring.

to each their own! you know?

When my girlfriend got engaged a few months after her first marriage ended (and her going on and on about never getting married again) She showed me her ring and I"m like "that's nice"...took me SERIOUSLY 15 minutes to figure out it was an engagement ring (it was hideous, IMO). But hey - she liked it...everyone has their own tastes in rings.

I totally agree with you, EvilPrincess. For as much as a Disney fan as I am, I don't know that I'd ever want a Disney wedding ring/set. I don't know if her and her DH had this done intentionally or not, but regardless, it was a very unique wedding set.

When I worked at TDS, one of our managers got married in WDW. Both his and her wedding bands were inscribed to say "(Names) WDW 9/22/99)." Thankfully they both had short names, so it fit inside both rings. This is definately something I'd love to have done on my future wedding ring - something simple, but very Disney.
