Does anybody know if you still can trade some how for time at Atlantis?

I know at one time you could, but can't see it anywhere now.

I did check on the RCI link and can't find it there either.

i'm pretty sure that harborside at atlantis trades only through II (interval international).

DVC no longer trades through II. so you can't trade for it any longer.

As noted above, it is no longer available through DVC Members Services as the exchange company used by DVC (RCI) no longer matches the exchange company used by Atlantis (Interval International). However, you might consider a direct exchange with an Atlantis or Starwood owner?? There are a variety of sites advertising direct exchanges, one of which is: http://tug2.com/timesharemarketplace/

I am pretty sure it used to be part of the Concierge Collection, but that list definitely has changed over the years.

There was a time when Atlantis the timeshare was available for trade and another time when atlantis the hotel was available on the CC. Neither are an option through RCI but one can often do a private exchange for that location.
