Has anyone done both? Or what was your experience on either? Trying to decide if it's better on the Lagoon, or if Atlantis (longer time in water) is better... Help?

I did Blue Lagoon option on my Magic cruise this past Feb. Nice ride over, you can stay after for some beach time before last ferry leaves. You will interact with the lions but it is a HUGE photo op, which of course none are included. Video option as well. You are not permitted to have others in your group take pics either. We purchased none. Loved the experience of meeting and touching but would not pick again for lack of real interaction. You spend a lot of time waiting for everyone to get their pic. Hope this helps.

Question - is this a new policy? Or does it only apply to the Sea Lion Interaction? When we went last February for the Dolphin Interaction, I was able to take my underwater camera in with me to take pictures of all of us. We got great shots that the Blue Lagoon photographers did not.

I dont know if it is new or not but they wouldn't let us take anything in the water other then the snorkeling gear they gave us during the deepwater dolphin swim. We were just there in Sept

Hmmm...we just did the encounter (just walk around an underwater platform) but like I said, this was almost two years ago. Wondering if it just depends on the program or if they changed their policy.
