OK, which one is better? What are the pros and cons? I'm going solo 9/12-9/18 and am thinking about hitting up the Boardwalk one night. Thanks for the help!!

I have only been to Jelly Rolls once. It was crowded. Lots going on. Been to Atlantic dance a bunch of times and most times it is not very crowded (we liked it that way). The only times we saw ADC crowded was during super soap weekend and the soap stars were there. IMO if you are going solo try Jelly rolls because you may be in ADC ALL alone!:goodvibes

Been to both many many times. One better over the other? Well, that depends on what you think is better. Atlantic Dance Hall is basically a dance club with a DJ that plays a great mix of fun dance music. Jellyrolls is a dueling piano bar where the audience suggests songs for the pianomen. Lots of audience participation and its fun. One thing to note, Jellyrolls has a 10 dollar cover charge and Atlantic Dance Hall does not. Both are quite different so the choice is really up to your tastes.

I concur with Nurse Darcy. The two places offer two different kinds of entertainment experiences so it's just a matter of your preferences. Since they're directly across from each other, you could easily visit both in one night and in fact go back and forth as many times as you'd like.

You might also consider House of Blues at DTD on a Sunday night.

This is an easy one, JELLYROLLS! I've been to both and I personally feel Jellyrolls is better. We go at least 3 times per trip. It's so much fun that I don't even mind the cover charge anymore....plus you get free popcorn! popcorn::

Wow, King Bob and I hardly ever agree. . .this is awesome, because truly I do prefer House of Blues to both venues. . .
