So many plans out there and not sure just which one is the best.,.........A friend of mine is on atkins and she seems to be doing OK...........I've been on fitday.com and that is confusing me more...........I have 10 miserable pounds that just wont go away...........my jeans are painted on and very uncomfortable....

Do you ever feel like just saying forget it when you get your coffee in the morning.,...I feel like thats all I do is watch what goes in my mouth and wonder if this is a good thing or a bad thing............all these plans are screwing around with my head..............:( :confused:

why do you need a particular plan? is there anything you are trying to eat less of? sugar? fat? carbs? what can your body do without for a while? take a break from it

What about exercise? Do you do any right now? That would be an excellent way to accellerate your weight loss! :) I am on WW and love it! Have lost 16.75 pounds since March 9th and decreased my Body Fat % from 35% to 22% (22% is considered normal or safe for a woman). WW alone didn't get me there though, I started out exercising a little and have increased it to alot! :)

Good luck! There are so many great plans out there for everyone. Hopefully you will find one that suits your taste and you'll make a commitment to yourself to stick to it and do the best you can! That's all it takes. :) Believe in yourself and you will reach your goal!!!!
