Hiya Guys - I have been on the WW diet for about a year and in that time I have lost most of the weight that I would like to lose. After reading all the positive feedback on these boards I bought an Atkins book from Amazon and it arrived yesterday. Well, after I read the first few pages it looked as if this approach would suit me. My question is, given the fact that my mind is in WW mode could I have some helpful hints and a little explanation of the things that I should be doing and what I can expect to be happening to my body over the next few weeks - this is just until I can get my mind round the approach and until I can finish the book. Thanks in advance - I know you won't let me down.
