Generally 2-4 ounces per day. When I go WAY over that, my loss seems to stall from excess calories. (Even though you need not count calories, they obviously slow you down if you over-do it).
I love cheese,but I can go days without it . I usually count 1 slice of swiss cheese as an ounce and its probably not that much.
It does have salt though,and that can make you retain fluid!!
I eat about 2-4 ounces as well, when I remember to eat it at all~!:rolleyes It amazes me that I can forget to eat certain things on days because I am not hungry with Atkins...
Of course, I had a couple of days where I just couldn't stop eating, but thankfully that doesn't happen much!!
thanks all!!!! I LOVE cutting up cheese and dipping it with mustard but I think I'm eating too much. I don't eat it every day but when I do it's normally around 4 oz.
