At what time can you sign up for your fast passes?

For our trip last November I was able to select fast pass+ 30 days out, at midnight eastern time. Last night I waited til midnight eastern time and the fast passes never became available for May 1, but this morning they were available. So when does the magic clock start now? Or was there just a glitch last night?

OMG I would never have figured that out in a million years. So then tomorrow will also be 1 am, by your chart. See what happens when I don't check in here for a month or 2?
