I didn't get mine done until I was an adult.


but my dd's got their done yesterday. older dd is almost 13, younger dd is 11.

I got mine done when I was 9. DD #2 just got hers done last year at age 6...and was a champ about it....DD #1 (age 10) is still too afraid too......

I was 18 and in College. It was my decision to wait and I went ahead with it since so many of my friends had these cute earrings on. It hurt a bit but I enjoyed have my earrings. Plus, once the piercing was healed it felt better than those awful clip earrings I used to wear.

I was 35! My DD was just about to turn 10 with her first holes, 11 going on 12 for the second and she got her belly button pierced last year about a month before she turned 17. (She said after the belly piercing that she was done! )

DD had hers done this past March, for her 9th birthday. She's had no problems and has taken good care of them, which was my main concern with her doing it so young.

My dd was 7 1/2 yo when she got hers pierced.

I was 4. My Mom says I asked for them. It was back in the day where they did one ear at a time. They did the first ear and as she was getting the gun ready to do the next one I jumped out of the chair and ran into the mall. My Mom caught me. She and another lady held me in the chair so the other ear could get pierced.

Avery is 2 and does not have pierced ears yet.

30. Did it so I could wear some fabulous earrings with a formal outfit for a work event.

And now that I don't work in the corporate world any more and don't wear earrings every day, the holes have closed up. Oh well, I'm not a jewelry person anyway.
