Im at WDW now, full report tomorrow night.
MVMCP is great! However the crowds are heavier than you'd think (even on weeknights) on MVMCP. Waits were moderate until AFTER the fireworks. HOwever the place clears out at 11:00. We were in fantasyland at 11:30 UNTIL closing and the place was DEAD. NO WAIT for Peter pan and we were the only people on IASW.
When the park closed we took photos in Fantasyland with NOBODY in them.
They need more cookie and coco locations. The one at the Terrace was slammed packed and we couldnt get any there. However there were no lines at the location near Liberty Tree Tavern.
The parade is great, but looonnnggg (not that that is a bad thing).
General crowds are heavier than expected. Even at Epcot yesterday Soarin was an 80 minute wait even at 8:00, and Test Track was an 80 minute wait all day, until it broke down that afternoon.
Well, I now realize that you have to be considerate with others about MIssion Space. Just FYI, dont tell everyone that asks that MS is nothing to worry about. I did that because I honestly dont think it's bad. My brother in law, who has no problems on rides, did it and threw up twice afterwards, once on the grass, and once on the bus ride to MGM and just felt sick the rest of the day (he didnt complain though
)
The fireworks for MVMCP are great! The ones at Epcot are great as well. So many people started to leave not realizing there was a special finale that I had to tell an entire group so that they wouldnt leave their spot. The finale is incredible for the Holiday Illuminations. The show doesn't miss a beat without the fire barge.
Weather is greatbut cool in the evenings.
Only problem we had with MVMCP is Space Mtn was broken down for a good portion of it.
Not many people AT ALL were riding Splash Mountain because of the weather in the 40's.
More later!
