At universal now and the app isnt showing the wait times ( could be user error) HELP!

I have the official universal app and am in the parks but it won't show wait times. I do have the location services on but no go. Can someone guide me thru it? As it states in the thread could be user error ( just saying)

Found my answer they are having problems with the capability of the app and iOS. Oh well glad I have touring plans!

Normally if you close your app then reboot your phone. It will shows up again.
