At the end of the film, do you stay and watch the credits?

..... we seem to be in the minority but we're in no rush to leave the cinema and like to watch the credits, listen to the music and in a few cases be treated to some out-takes....... it kinda helps us ease back into reality!
....... but in our cinema we are in the minority and I know the guys and gals are waiting to clean up before the next audience come in, but I do like to see it through to the end..... anyone else?

Nope, I'm outta there.

I grew up on Air Force bases and mostly attended the theatre on the base. Before the movie would start, they would always play the national anthem with patriotic pics. We had to stand for that. To this day, I always get the urge stand up before the movie starts. Weird.

I usually wait for the credits because it's more pleasant than fighting the crowd to exit.

My dad was in the RAF while i was growing up and i can still remember having to stand up before a film and watch the queen riding on a horse as the national anthem was playing

I sometimes stay - depending on the crowds etc. Also, there are sometimes funny out-takes added at the end of the films, and if you leave too soon you miss them

I usually stay for the majority of them and then get bored when I realize there will be no outtakes so then I leave.

DH & I always stay until the final credit has rolled. Drives me crazy when people stand up / walk in front of me when I'm trying to read the credits. It's amazing the bits of "useless information" you pick up from the credits!

We stay till the very end - so many films have their funny out-takes now that it's usually worth staying for (Toy Story 2 one of my most memorable faves for out-takes).

Always stay to the very end .............. always watch them to the very on TV too - and Videos, and DVD's!

I just like to know stuff! And usually any interesting tidbits about Music in Films ~ which is something I am really interested in ~ is always at the very end.

Hmm.... I have to agree about the loo!!

But leave too soon and you may miss something quite fun! I would suggest bladder permitting you wait til the end of Harry Potter, not an outtake but there is something quite fun at the end.

Had to bring this back to the top --- I bought DH the Special Collectors Edition of Lord of The Rings last week and once it was finished we were looking at the credits and I could not believe how long and how many extra's were in this film!!!!!!

The extra's were all listed alphabetically - I did you not.............it took 10 minutes to get through A, B and C. At D I went to the kitchen to make a cup of tea, some toast etc - when I cam back, some 20 minutes later............it had got up to S!!!! LOL - we gave up, but one day I will run it just for curiosity sake to see how long it acutally takes.

I hope this wasnt my imagination or something becuase it was one heck of a long time LOL LOL
