At QS locations, what time do they serve breakfast to?

Im assuming they switch over at 11 am?

In my experience and observation, that is the case. So few counter service locations bother serving breakfast that it's almost a moot issue at this point. Sunshine Seasons in Epcot is one place I distinctly remember switching over around 11 a.m.
