At POR now. No bounceback offer?

I'm currently at POR. There isn't a bounceback offer flyer in our room. When I inquired at the front desk, they cast member looked at me like I had two heads. He had no clue what I was talking about and acted like I was trying to take advantage of Disney? :confused3 I asked two different people, with the same result.

What is the current bounceback offer, and what is the number to call from my room to book? I'd love to get a discount on our fall trip for F&W! Our dates are flexible.

Call extension 8844. I was at Yacht Club a few weeks ago and I also did not have a flyer. They have all of the info at x8844. The dates are intermittent, but these are what I have written down from another thread from a few weeks back (search is disabled right now, so I can't tell you what thread to go to:

Just a heads up... They weren't giving out flyers when we were there in August. There was a page about bounce back in the little blue binder of resort info, on the table in the room.

Ours was in the blue binder/folder too!
 
I was just at POR at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb and we had nothing as well. I checked everywhere…even all of the drawers…and nothing.

It has been about a year, give or take, since Disney has buried the discount information in other media. I just call xt8844 from my room phone and ask for the current bounceback information. I've found that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing at Disney resorts. For example, the front desk doesn't know about the food court and to the OP, the front desk doesn't know about resort discounts. I've learned this from asking questions, too.
 
Like a PP mentioned they no longer leave a flyer in the room, the bounce back is inside the "Be our guest guide" that is given to you with your paperwork when you check-in.
 
They didn't give us the usual big folder, this time. It's a smaller blue envelope with a sheet describing how to use the Magic Band, a sheet with resort info, and a sheet explaining the dining plan. There isn't a book with resort info in our room, either. I'm not surprised that the front desk doesn't know about discounts, as they only really handle guests, in front of them, not bookings.

You guys are awesome.:thumbsup2 This is the info I needed. I've got us booked for a return trip. This definitely helps with my current case of DDD (Disney Departure Depression).
