At MK, how much is child haircut at the barbershop?

We went Dec 05 & tried 3 times to get in w/ no luck. I was so sad. dd was 20 months old & I specifically waited.

So, is there "touring" advice for the Harmony Barbershop? Go early or late to avoid the wait? During parades? What do y'all think?

My DS will be 18 months when we go and I think it would be a scream to get his first haircut there . . . the ears and all!
