Today I need to:

Oiy...I gotta a big crafty day...

Fix DS20's glass project for DGF...1 year anniv on Tuesday, and he did an amazing stained glass of her as a mermaid...but he needs mama's help for the last for pieces to fit right...

So we go to frame it out, and he is all excited, and we find out that 1 piece of glass is thicker than the others! It was used in a few places, so the frame does not fit!!! GRRRRRRR...plan B into effect, but not finished for the anniv day

Again, it's Monday, it is also hot and humid. Just get thru the day would be good enough for me. Okay, hit the pool when I get home.

Oh wait, I need to reorder some prescriptions. There, I'll accomplish something today.

ok my should do list for today on this hot and humid day.....

1.back to work after 10 days off......YUCK-A-POO!
2.blood appt. 4hrs in the lab. also YUCK-A-POO!!
3.prep supper....chicken i guess
4.laundry
5.rest my sore body- dh and i moved all kinds of stuff in the basement yesterday to try and make my scrap space better. then to the bday party in the afternoon. i was wiped out last night BUT could not sleep for the life of me.

ok thats enough. way too tired today.

Oh Mickster, camp when it is this hot? Be sure to drink lots of water.

Your body was probably soo sore that it couldn't relax PO3.

Today is laundry and clean up both boys rooms. Bad mom, doesn't put the clothes away so they just sit there until she stands over the boys to make them put them away.

Work some more on my Sports swap.

morning everyone! deb-how's dh feeling??

My DH thinks he is the best patient ever...ummm...well....NOT! He is on light duty at work, and starts PT tomorrow. I know he will start feeling better after he starts that, but right now he is depressed that he is "falling apart"...at his advanced age (yup, I'm a wicked wife ), the Dr said the knee is weight related, and his blood work wasn't that of a 20yr old anymore...so he is just being down...Poor DH...feeling his age...

Funny thing is I've been feeling his age for years...and he is older than I am

i feel like it should be already!!!

Will do... I gotta get myself in gear and get the house clean. We have company coming Friday night. It's MUCH too hot here to go anywhere or do anything, so we will be hanging out at home... cleaning (try not to be jealous!). We are praying that Tropical Storm Dolly makes enough noise in the Gulf to send us rain and a break from the triple digit heat!

1- make bed done
2- this cute little smiley doesn't really make me any more excited about doing the laundry started
3- clean bedroom started organizing the scrap desk and now the room is even a bigger disaster
4- straighten living room
5- pack swim bag for tomorrow
6- dinner with friends at their place

SG update in first post. I'll be taking a pic after we get a wooden frame...Poor DS20...

On a positive note, she LOVED IT!! She understands it isn't finished, but was just thrilled with it! He was very proud of all his hard work...
