Hope everyone is feeling better today!! DS20 was feeling like he was getting a cold. He did the netipot last night, and said he felt so much better after! Thanks again Lisa!!

Yeah~ Thursday! Last day of school for the week.. End of the 2nd trimester for the kids!!! Last day of this set of finals for my high schoolers!! Stress will be to a dull roar for a while!!!

Saturday is a mommy day to scrap b/c DD and DS8 are going over to Grandpa's to do woodworking for their 4-H projects.. So DS12 asked to stay home and watch ESPN by himself and he'd let me scrap!!! What a good kid...(so, who wants to guess there is more to that... he wants something! LOL)

It sure would be nice to get sick days when you are a mom!!

Last night DS20 was feeling like poopy...to the point he was emailing his professors to say he might not be in class today. He did the netipot 2x last night, and today says he feels a bit better, and just left for class. I'm hoping it keeps him from getting really sick! He told DH about it, and he was "You put it where? And it comes out WHERE? You kidding me?"

I'm pushing the juice and fluids around here too. We usually have a bad February, but (knocking on wood ) so far this year we have been good. Just need to get through a few more weeks, and then spring will be here! Although we already have a nice dose of the spring mud...yesterday we had a wintery mix that made my backyard a swamp...

No school all this week ! Dh doesn't have to go into work until late, so I'm getting some time to go shopping this morning. Anyone seen or read 'Fireproof' and/or 'The Love Dare'?

Thanks MO2DK... I was waiting on them to go shopping for paper so I can match the items! Yeah!!!

Grey's... I'm so behind.. games have been on Thursday nights for so long that I have not seen it since Jan.... I may watch why I cut papers today...

I'm also having DH handle the billing dept @ the hospital over DD's physical 2 years ago... they won't pay the doctor's visit because the code is wrong the insurance says.. HOWEVER, the same code was used in '08 and they paid the frickin' thing for a physical.... Then they resubmitted it in January 09 and ins. denied due to time expired.. WTH? So, DH is blasting insurance too...and the whole kicker in this scenerio... is I brought it to the attention of the billing office in July 2008..because I never received a bill in 2007 and they were trying to make me pay the balance. I've already drafted a letter to the DOI and SAG if we don't have this paid in full in 1 week... our office visits are covered 100% except our 10.00 copay.... I'm livid.. I even threatened to go to DH's work and have some words w/ the HR and insurance rep there... He opted to handle it...saying I wasn't diplomatic... Well, HECK no, I'm not diplomatic..my kids love our pediatrician..and I'm not losing my pediatrician because of a coding error that is out of my control...

Ok, off my soap box and back to real life...

DH just emailed... some how the insurance company LOST the claim submitted by hospital billing back on 11/2007... took a manager to locate it...and she immediately reviewed and approved... we will be getting a written document from both the hospital and the insurance company that this has been paid IN full and we are not responsbile for any payment outside the co-pay that was paid at time of service.. They did tell DH that now they are doing an internal investigation as to why the claim was misplaced for over a year plus.... EEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!! I know accidents happen and they process claims out the ying-yang...but don't fight with me.. I pay lots of money to have insurance.. I'm sure not going to let any more than has to go out of my pocket.... KWIM?
