At home waiting for landscapers that have not showm.

Well I'm off work today and staying close to the house in case the phones rings. Landscapers were to come today between 8 to 8:30AM or call if they were not coming. It is 3:45PM no call, no show. Gee, thanks. So do you suppose that will call and say tomorrow?

Have you tried to call them?
 
Yes. We called, CM (he he) said I will look in to it. The company has been here before. No call back yet.
 

To get in the fence. DH wanted an adult home. At 5pm they called and said they would come Thursday.
 
When things like that happen, it lessens my confidence in that service person/company. If they don't show up when expected on Thursday, you should rethink using them unless they have a great excuse.
 
They arrived at 9am. The rock they brought was a different color from the rest of the rock here. The workers mentioned it right away, the rock is to go around the pool, it will butt up against the edging that is already there along with the existing rock. Tried to call the owner but he is off until Mondau, so we are going to have them trade to match the other rock. All will be well.
 
Landscapers must have more work than they need these days. I've called two different companies and asked them to come out and give me a price on some work in my yard . . . one made an appointment with me and didn't show (I didn't bother to call him back, figuring he wasn't worth his salt), and the other simply never called me back.

Perhaps it's a good business to go into?
 
This kind of thing drives me crazy! Many companies do not care about customer service anymore. They act like their time is more valuable then yours, and yet they want to charge you high prices for their service. I do not mind paying for service, but give me the service I am paying for!
 
I know know how you feel! It's been a hit or miss lately with the people who cut our grass. They sometimes come or not.
 
Try this next time. When scheduling the next appointment, tell them that if they don't show by a certain time then the entire appointment is automatically cancelled and you will call yet again to reschedule.
