ASMovies pool renovation?

Ok..I just read a post where someone had said the Mickey pool was under renovation.

Does anyone out there know how long this will be going on?
We have just booked our trip for August, but if the pool is still going to be under renovation then I might want to choose another resort.

When we were there they started the renovation and said it would be over on May 22. We were not there that long so i don't know if it is complete yet. They were bussing people to Music and sports pools.

We checked out 5/21. The pool was under renovation while we were there, but on 5/20 the Sorcer Mickey was back in place and the fountains spouting water. They did not appear to drain the pool either while we were there. Sounds like the rehab was more minor and it should be up by your trip.

I'm not a pool person, but did notice these things going to and from food court.

I'm with Katnip57!

We are also going to be there in August and if the pool is still going to be under renovation I to would want to stay at another resort.

We are paying for a preferred room {cause of the pool} and see no sense of staying at a resort and paying that extra money to be taken to another resort to swim.

But the bad thing is the 45 day mark is coming very quick to change anything and not be charged $50.

Hope someone that has just come home from ASMo's can post if they are done or not

DS and DD were looking forward to swimming in "Mickey's" pool. LOL!!!!
