I will be traveling to WDW in October and staying at the ASMusic. Can anyone give me information on this hotel and their food court? How are the prices?

Also, can anyone tell me how to put a countdown calendar on here? Thanks!!

I can't answer your first question, but about the countdowns, go to the Tech Boards and there should be a post about it there that will give you the link.

I think the food court offer lot different choices in for a good price. I compare WDW prices to baseball park on food and find them to be a baragin.

All-Star Music has couple of nice pools and nice gift shop. I love my stay there.

Go to www.allears.net and look under dining. You can look up menus for all of the resorts and you will find one for the All-Star food courts. You should be able to find quite a bit of info about the resort itself from this site also! Good Luck!:)

The All Stars is a great place to stay for the price. We have always stayed at Music. You pull into the gaurd shack adn drive dwon a long road that passes sports first and then comes to Music. You pull into the front of the building for check in and park in a fairly large parking area in front of the building. I was surprised that there seemed to be a few bell men up front wirth carts to seemingly haul luggage to you rroom but this was never offered and they seemed to be "busy" when we checked in. We took our own luggage up. I have no problem with this but just mention it as I have never really found out what the purpose of the bell guys and carts are if they rarely used.

You are assigned a room. We have stayed at Country Fair and Jazz Buildings. Country Fair is way in the back and a long walk to the food court and busses. Not a problem if you do not mind walking. We drove each day up front and parked to ride the buss from there. No big deal. The Jazz Building is more convenient and I recommend it.

The food court is pretty good but very busy and loud. Sometimes the CMs here are not the friendliest. The food is okay. Counter style food with a refrigerator section that has salads and deserts beer etc. You will not hurt for choices. Do not expect gourmet but the food is not bad by any means. We have had chicken parmesan (good) Salads (very good), hamburger (good). Beer is expensive (heck isn't everything in Disney). Breakfast is pretty good.

The pools are great and lively.

They have an arcade.

They have a pool bar.

Bus service has pretty much been good each time we have been.

The rooms are small but adequate. I guess if I had anything negative to say about the size of the room it would be about the sze of the bathroom. It is really small if in a regular room. A handicap room is bigger and has a king sized bed but the shower is a roll in shower. That mean s that water gets pretty much all over the place during you r shower. You cannot place anything on the floor without it getting wet. We still liked this room. It works for a couple without kids. With kids the regular room is best.

These resorts are great for small children as they are themed very well and say "Disney" loud and clear.

PM me if you have any further questions.
