Aside from SWA, any airlines with flexibility?

The main reason we're holdouts for SWA is that, if you change your plans, you can change your flights without any penalty---just have to pay current fare if there's a difference. It's been our experience that every other airline charges about $100 penalty per ticket if you change anything.

Is SWA the only one that offers flexibility without a penalty???

All airlines sell fully refundable (expensive) tickets that give passengers flexibility. AFAIK SW is the only major airline that never imposes a change fee on any of their tickets.

Jet Blue charges just 25.00 a ticket to change and you can change for free for same day flight at airport.
