Good morning RCing Lovely Ladies, RCing Temptresses, RCing Hot Mammas (as Pas would say)... we've got 'em all here.
Forgive me if I miss anything that has come after I started this multiquote this morning. It's taken me hours of intermission breaks to get this going...
Any exciting plans for the weekend?
I'm really leaning towards AoA. I want to try out something super new and my only option is TLM because those are the only standard rooms there. BUT! I love the idea of ASMo. It seems like it would be a lot of fun. I'm going to go back and forth between the two at least.
Those were the two I was down between, AoA and ASMo. I need that King Cupcake though so I'm not changing. Nope. Not gonna.
After having a lovely conversation with Janet, I decided to mow the lawn. It was already 95 out, so I actually thought about doing it another day, but my lack of judgement actually proved useful. As I was sweeping the sidewalk, I saw brown smoke coming out of a pipe on the roof of a house just down the street. I ran to my cell and called 911 and much to my surprise learned that I was the first to call about the fire. Luckily, no one was injured, but as you can see, it could have been much worse. The firefighters were there for over 3 hours.

Wow, Kook... wow. You are the sort of neighbour everyone needs. So glad no one was hurt and you were there to call when you did. I'm picking you with a cape on with a big "K" on the back!

Scary stuff, indeed.
My first thought was attic fan too, when seeing that first picture. I was a bit paranoid when we had ours installed 2 summers ago and asked them all sorts of questions about its installation and what would happen if a fire occurred.
My brother, having been a volunteer FF, put the fear of God in me with checking smoke detectors. When we first bought this house, we went out and bought a bunch of 9v batteries... only to climb on the ladders to discover that all our smoke detectors were electrical hard-wired.

You posting this reminds me I want to get another detector for our living level.
OK you have me

today. Thank you..and I would NEVER jinx you like that. Because that always happened to me..uh 3 times. But clotes away...give away baby bath...and voila a new baby.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for not jinxing me.

I think I've been holding on to all of her clothes out of pure, unadulterated fear.
Suessland rocks! We spent LOTS of time there!!! There's a "teacup" like ride over by the Hulk...Spiderman is 40in. And Flight of the Hippogriff is 36in" and is a coaster ride..pretty darn cool for a kiddie coaster too!!!
Good to hear!

I've been vaguely looking at the Seussland and what's there at WWoHP and wondering if we do these places mainly if that'll be enough to enjoy in one day. Whatcha think? I'm kinda thinking we'll try and keep it more "low key" since it'll be with my parents -- and I'm demanding they
both rent
ECVs after the 'Queen Grouch from the Banks of the Styx' incident last year.
AKL...ahhhhhhhhhhhh. I have something even better planned for DH....and janet is working on her recap...but I really want to share!!!!
As for some upcoming changes.....excited to see. Availability is tight for our August weekend, but I changed, then called back yesterday, and what I wanted was there with theBB
Ooooo, oooooo. What's this?! Where's that popcorn?!
Seriously though, does anyone else find it hard to get motivated by other theme parks? I think I am spoiled????

I'm so with you. Our first park "as a family" was Disney so we're thoroughly, utterly ruined. Universal has a lot to answer for...
Good afternoon all!
I hope everyone is staying as cool as possible, I gather a lot of the country is really hot! I just briefly ventured out and am now enjoying a large, unsweeted ice tea from Starbucks
missoutandabout, we are currently at WDW from 9/17 to 9/28. That being said I have a a bad habit of adding days

We are driving this trip, so it is quite possible that I may still be there when you arrive!
Unsweetened iced tea! That's my favourite summer drink too.

So refreshing... but don't tell my family from below the Mason-Dixon line.
We're there from 17th - 23rd!
DBF and I went ring "browsing", as he liked to call it, this evening. I found a few rings that I really liked, but there was one that I absolutely loved! ...
I told DBF I wouldn't show the ring to everyone, but you ladies are my family and I just have to show you the ring I'm in love with!
I am trying to send the image to my computer so I will post it as soon as I can!
How exciting!
