I have a celebration today DS3 is fully potty trained...3 straight days of poops in the potty!!!! Sorry if TMI! He won't give up the pull ups..they are his cars underwear he loves them...underwear shopping time! He's been dry all night for over a month too! After 11 years of having a kiddo (or 2 or 3) in diapers..this is AWESOME! A LITTLE SAD TOO..MY BABIES ARE GROWING UP

Sophia is 3 3/4 and still avoids the potty like it's a curse!!! I cannot believe she still wears a pull-up ...well for poops only...but when she's in undies she refuses to use any bathroom but home, so we carry around one pullup for her to use when out and about...we go into a bathroom, switch to a pull-up, she does her business and then back to undies. Hey, at least she won't be needing therapy because she was rushed into potty training before she was ready!!

Sorry..that was even more TMI!!

You said you needed more incentive.....a room in RPC with a Queen bed all to yourself and a daybed for Sam (well you two can fight over that) and all you can drink Diet Coke....HRH & I really don't take up much room or bathroom time

HRH refused any potty until 4 years old...she even started changing her own diapers as I would leave her in them hoping she wouldn't like the feeling of being wet. I let them do their own thing. Last year on vacation Bree held it in, she said she would go at home....she did go at the hotel...never at the parks. Luckily this year was better

Works for me! Believe me, when I saw RPC I did my best to finagle a way to get down...and haven't quite given up yet....until the plane lands without me!

(So funny you posted this today as I was just sitting there looking at my daughter this morning thinking about how I'm so glad we're not dealing with lugging around diapers anymore. I'm not even sure why that thought entered my mind!)

Oh, and scones?! How have I not heard of this before... is that an AKL-CL thing?! For some reason, I'm thinking the AoA January thing is going to change to an AKL-CL/AoA thing.

Today is a very exciting day for me....

Our trip is Exactly 1 month from TODAY!!!!!!.

And....

10 years ago today I married The LOVE of my life

We are partially celebrating our anniversary with a night away tomorrow at Foxwoods ~ DH is so excited to be going to a "grown up place"
We have a room at the MGM Grand and dinner ressies booked at what looks to be a fantastic restaurant.

Now, to get through my work day.....

We will be at the North Bergen Days Inn so we will be on the Jersey side. My bestie from Cali is from Cherry Hill. Too bad I couldn't stay at his family's house to make my trip cheaper, but I would feel so awkward. It'll be fun rooming with some girlfriends though!

Can you believe I passed up a paid trip to WDW to go to this? I think I've lost my mind. My mom said that if I get through one semester of school, work hard and pass, she and my dad will pay for me to go to WDW in January. What have I done?

So my ever changing ... not sure who's coming trip ... is STILL that!!

Big news today, I bought a dress for DD's wedding. We have a lot going on in the coming months, and I didn't want to have to worry about this. Here is a photo of it:

It is a soft sage-ish green, not sure why they describe the color in the write up as silver. I need to have some alterations done, so I'm glad I got it ahead of time. That model must be really tall, it's not that short on me. Once August gets here it's going to be busy straight thru to the wedding. I am so glad to have this taken care of. Love the dress .... reminds me I have to find something to wear for the Oct wedding in Chicago .... guess a Mickey t-shirt won't work!

I was going to go, but Macy's blacked out that weekend and I wasn't going to have enough money in time. I know I will definitely be going next year as long as I work hard in school and save up enough money!

After a long talk with my mother, she said as long as I go to school full time and work hard, put most of my paycheck in my savings account and save up enough money for the trip, I will get to go to New York for New York Comic Con! I was glad we were able to compromise. New York City sounds like so much fun! Another place I've never been .... note to self add NYC to list!

Well, sadly I am too late as I would have been the sole RCer to tell you to add on dates...so I could come down and join you for a few days!! (AOA would have been fun to try)....but it is just as well you saved your money for the January trip ...and it means I can save the last 3 days of the non-expiring tkt I've been waiting to use. (that sounds convincing, yes???)

I'm sure I asked you about adding a couple of days onto my trip so you could join me and that you said you couldn't make it???? Hey, you let me know changing a SW ticket is easy peasy .... I have lots of experience in doing that!!!

AKL CL has tea and scones in the afternoon...they are as yummy as the scones at GF
