. . .with an unlimited budget, what 2 things would be at the top of your agenda?

Mine:

1. Connect the monorail to all resort areas and theme parks.

2. Bring back Ice Station Cool to Epcot serving plenty of Beverly!

Open a 5th park with only thrill rides - think Cedar Point.

Open a 6th park based on Star Wars.

1. If not the monorail, then connect all parks and resorts with at least SOME kind of continuous, non-car, non-bus, non-highway form of transit

2. Move at least half of the vending carts clogging already-cluttered walkways into disused buildings in all parks.

I think i'd:
1.) Add more shade canopies throughout all parks. with the high sun now, and a greater threat of skin cancer. prevention is the need.

2.) Add people movers like in the airport. Have them connect all major parks and resorts. Use an elevated tube like structure wide enough for 6 people across to allow for strollers and electric disability needs.

3.) Add wave pools to some of the resorts - like Caribbean beach.

4.) Add Jacuzzis to POP !

5.) Bring back the Coke slushy machines in all resorts!

6.) Provide different types of popcorn and pulled taffy.

Since Club Cool is already serving Beverly in Epcot, #2 is a wasted wish, IMHO.

I'd eliminate the Stunt Show in DHS and turn it into Star Wars Land..definitely have a "Cantina-themed" eatery. Alternately, I'd build Danville, with rides based on different P&F inventions, especially the Rollercoaster (Virtual reality ride), Backyard Beach Wave Pool, and something featuring Doof/Perry. Probably also expand World Showcase to include Australia & possibly Brazil. Each would offer great opportunities for a combination of natural beauty and culinary adventure.

1) open an aquatic/seaworld type park

2) expanding on the people mover idea: take the general idea of MK people mover and expand it as a way to get around within the park.

3) more reliable bus systems (especially in the fort!)

4) more variety in the character dining beyond just mickey and princesses. A toy story dining experience would be sure to be a hit! Or Peter Pan, etc.

5) hire someone to come up with more ideas because I'm out!

What a fun thread -

#1. Some sort of light rail/monorail between the parks.
#2. Pixar land at DHS
#3. Pixar themed character dining
#4. Make use of the unused spaces at Epcot (not sure exactly what, but I hate that there is so much sq. footage just sitting empty)

- scrap avatarland at animal kingdom, & bring back the original plans for "beastly kingdom."

- expand pixar area at DHS to include monsters inc coaster, an abbreviated version of carsland, wreck it ralph sugar rush racing attraction, maybe some kind of UP ride... and another toy story attraction. refurb pizza planet & make it actually cool, with GOOD pizza and character interaction.

- expand muppets at DHS... stage show, dark ride, restaurant(s).

- some kind of night show at animal kingdom.

- nightly dragon flight at new fantasyland like they did at the opening.

- add rides to EVERY country at epcot.

- breakfast service at be our guest.

- refurb the great movie ride w/ newer movies (it can keep wizard of oz).

- change stitch's great escape back to alien encounter or just replace it w/ a completely new ride.

Restore old ride at Imagination Pavilion or create new concept based around Figment

#1. Expand in Animal Kingdom with more rides, More Animal Trails...more shows... JUST MORE! Love the park but seems so small!
#2. Connect all the parks by monorail,people mover etc.
#3. Improve the food at counter service places
#4. Expand Hollywood Studios to include more Pixar rides
#5. Make the Resorts Pet Friendly and include a Dog park and Pet sitting at each resort!!
#6. Open another Park to try to disperse the crowds!

Work on getting Moderate resorts that sleep 5, or even 6. (sorry, I'm not a Fort Wilderness kind of gal, and I don't want to camp.)

I want a resort, but one that can accomodate my 3 kids. My only son is WAY too tall for those Murphy beds at POR, though they're certainly a great option for some other families.

1.Turn HS into a villians based thrill park, along with a villians character meal and villians hotel nearby (or maybe build a HTH you could stay in) with pixar place having a massive expansion to act as the kids area.

Expand AoA to include rooms with greater capacity within the value pricing. None of our larger-family friends can stay on property.

Update DHS to more of a DCA park. Promote Pixar-based attractions. Include more recent movie tie-ins.
