As the forecast looks good for the weekend anyone know the recipie for Bahama Mamas?

I checked the forecast for the weekend and it looks fairly summery here in London. Well a mild 17 degrees will do me. I have friends round who like the Bahama Mamas in Hard Rock and thought we could get in the summer mood with some cocktails.

Any ideas what I will need?

Here's two that I found and might help you, may well try them this weekend as well.

1) Bahama Mama Recipe[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][/font]

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz light rum
1 1/2 oz gold rum
1 1/2 oz dark rum
2 oz sour mix
2 oz pineapple juice
2 1/2 oz orange juice
dash grenadine






Preparation

• Put a dash of grenadine in the bottom of a hurricane glass.
• Fill a mixing glass with ice.
• Pour in rums, juices and sour mix.
• Shake, shake, shake your buzoom.
• Pour into hurricane glass; top with a cherry and orange slice.

2) [font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Bahama Mama Recipe[/font][font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][/font]

This Bahama Mama recipe makes 1 servings.


Ingredients
• 1/2 fluid oz. dark rum
• 1/4 fluid oz. 151-proof rum
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 1/2 fluid oz. coconut liqueur
• 1/4 fluid oz. Kahlua
• 4 fluid oz. pineapple juice Preparation
Combine ingredients. Pour over cracked ice (use a highball glass). Can be garnished with a strawberry or cherry.

Ingredients

1/2 oz white rum (eg - Bacardi)
1/2 oz Meyers rum (eg - Captain Morgan)
1/2 oz creme de banana
1/2 oz malibu rum
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
dash of grenadine
