Boardwalk. It's literally down the street. Go out to the light (by the Exxon) and hang a left.

Boardwalk, no question. One correction. It isn't an Exxon but a Speedway, before that it was a Hess (Hess decided to exit the retail gas business and sold all of their stations to Speedway several years ago).
