Artscow help?

I am making an Artscow book for the first time. I chose a 40 page book, but now that I am nearing done I would like to add 2 more pages. Can I do that? How?? I seem to be able to add 20 pages, 40 pages, or 60 pages but not 2 pages.

Yes you can. If you open the book in edit mode, there should be a place at the bottom offering to add extra pages. I believe it is .30 per page.

I see where it says add pages. When I click on it I get a slider thing. It shows 39 pages and when I try to slide it it shows 39 pages until it jumps to 60. How do I get it to go to 42?
