I'm a lil confused. I have the background i want . How to I add a border around my picture? How do i get more kits-do i need to buy those? Theres a star embelishments I want to use- is there anyway to change the color from gold to yellow??

Can more then one code be used or do i need to order seperatly?

When you are on the page where you add the pictures - there is the option for silverlight design...this is where you go and add on all the extras...here you can add embellishments pictures etc.

Thank you so much for your help. I have pictures on my cell phone that i want to try and use. I just need to figure how to upload those to my computer.
BTW the backgfround you posted fits perfect on the dog tag. Now i just need to upload dd's picture from cell phone. Once i get everything worked out I think i will be addicted to this website-lol!

I remember reading that orders can be rejected for copyright issues, unfortunately, I don't remember who said it.

I use artscow all the time and must say that yes, it does take a long time to get your items, sometimes 3 weeks after production has completed. They are coming from China and have to go through all the necessary checks and customs...especially now with the packages being looked over more carefully, I'd expect even more a delay.

I used Artscow this past summer to order playing cards for a fundraiser I was helping out with. I had an $11.99 charge on my credit card for a "foreign exchange fee" I think it was. Found out that the charge was due to using my cc to pay for the Artscow order. (bank of america master card). I called my cca and they would not reverse the fee. Makes me hesitate ordering with them again. I did have a large order; over $200 I think. That could have played a part as well I guess. Just left a bad taste for me.

I ordered stuff the end of September (6 or 7 items for DH's stocking) and it just arrived last week. If you're getting Christmas gifts definitely put orders in ASAP (and cross your fingers). I will say that it all looks great though. I paid 50 bucks (all free shipping items) and I feel like I got a great deal.

Ordered some in October and got those, then ordered 3 more sets in November and 2 of them are still not here. They were placed on November 4th and 5th.....one shipped around the 13th and one didn't ship until December 6th. I doubt mine will make it in the next few days, which is sad because they were gifts. I'll pick up something to fill in for them tomorrow....my luck the bags will arrive on Thursday LOL
