Well, it's a nice article but it's also got a glaring mistake - profiteroles were never on the menu at the French booth and never have been in all the years we've attended F&W. They are availble for order at Chefs de France but that's a restaurant, not a F&W booth.

Someone relied a little too heavily on the Epcot propaganda pics that were taken and released prior to the start of the Festival.
