So just returned from WDW and never really had a desire to go to Art Smith Homecomin walked by it and there was no wait and we were hungry. i figured fried chicken how good can it be. So my wife has an allergy to salt. Yes salt, the chef came out and gave her some options of what he could make her. She had grilled chicken and succotash and she said it was the best chicken she had ever had and the succotash was amazing. I asked what I should have and the waitress said just get the fried chicken so I did. To say it was the best fried chicken I ever had is an understatement! The mashed potatoes and and biscuit unbelievable. the mashed potatoes were amazing. Then I had the hummingbird cake the piece was huge! It was so good though I couldn’t stop eating it.
