Art/crafts area for kids?

We are hitting up Mickey Mouse in a few months!

We'll be taking our 7 year old, 5 year old and 3 year old.

Is there an artsy/craft place where kids can go in and make projects or anything like that anywhere at disney? I thought I could try to plan something like that...they all love stuff like that.

Epcot has kid cot stations through out Future world and World Showcase. We haven't done many in Future world but they get a lanyard with didfferent things to attatch to it for each area. World show case has a little thing they can color for each country and they get a stamp for each country.

we'll check that out. I believe we're gunna try to hit the coral reef restaurant restaurant and I believe that's all in the same area.

If you go to Epcot, there's lots of arts + crafts stations. The countries and Futureworld attractions have Kidcot stations. In the countries, you start out with a mask and color it. At each country you visit, they will stamp it and attach some a paper ornament (made out of posterboard).

In Futureworld, you get a lanyard type thing to wear around your neck. There are little ornaments that get attached at each attraction. There's a dolphin, bug, food pyramid and others.

You can also get velcro frogs from Innoventions. There's an area sponsored by velcro and they have these frogs and accessories-- shirts, hats, mickey ears, sunglasses, skirts, lily pads. It's fun for the kids to look for items and it'll keep them busy later on during meals. They'll also give you a loop of velcro to wear around your wrist so your frog can be a bracelet.

A lot of people think that there isn't much for younger kids to do in Epcot, but I can tell you it's my 5 year old daughter's favorite park. We always go for 1.5 days. My nieces (3 and 6) love it too.
