Oh no! You can only get the message once. That's not good. I'm like others here. I had the message but could never get it open. And, it finally 'went' away one day after I had the bracelet message that I could get open from getting a high score on Pirates. Rats! If I contact them, do you think I'd have any luck?

Tiggerbelle - definitely contact VMK. I have written to them twice regarding my Born in Park badge and black Mickey ears, which I was supposed to get after visiting VMK Central in WDW and completing the quests. After a single email, my badge appeared. After two more emails, my black Mickey ears showed up in my inventory. I have found that VMK staffers really do read the mail and make every attempt to help when possible. Use the "Contact Us" button on the VMK Home Page. Good luck!

Update: I did contact them today, and have received an email from them about it. They are 'checking' on it, so I'll see what may happen in a few days.
