arriving real late at night

when arriving real late (for me it will be after 11.30pm) how do u let the hotel (all star music) now that u are arriving so late so u still have your room

We are arriving after midnight. The CM I spoke with made a notation on my account to ensure that my room reservation (All Star Sports) isn't canceled.

You can relax, we always arrive after midnight (30+ trips) and our room has always been ready, except for 1 time, when we went to check-in, they were booked and bumped us up a level from value to Mod. But, as the previous poster mentioned you can either call and have it added to your reservation or do online check-in and they have a spot where you can put in late arrival.

No big deal.
I would suggest doing online check in and there's a spot to note when you will arrive and best case scenario you'll have your room number texted/emailed to you so you don't even need to stop by the front desk.
Be aware though that if you land past 10pm and are using DME you'll have to pick up your luggage yourself.

I called to add DME after already completing online check-in, where I noted that our arrival will be around 12:30am. The CM said there was nothing showing our late arrival time even though I noted late (12:30 am) arrival when doing online check-in.

As others have posted, you can have your late arrival/estimate of arrival time noted on your reservation. With that said, you will be fine even if you don't have anything noted. After midnight is technically the next day, but is still the current day as far as your reservation/room is concerned. The computers roll over at 6 am, so as long as you check in prior to 6 am, you will be fine .

We had a flight coming in at 1215am. I just did online check-in and put my ETA as after midnight. I got a text at 9am that our room was ready. That was a very long day!
