Arriving before check in?

If you know that you'll be arriving several hours before your resort check in what do you do?

You can check in at any time; your room may not be ready though. We usually check in and then head off to a park or DTD. They give you a number to call to find out if you room is ready.

Yea - they'll hold your bags and drop them in the room for you if you're out riding The Rockin' Roller Coaster or enjoying a Casey's Hotdog

We'll be checking in early, assuming our rooms aren't going to be ready, planning to explore the resort, get some lunch and maybe grab our swimsuits out of the luggae and hit the pool for a few hours.

Check in at the desk...leave your bags with the bell hop...and go start the fun!!
Then come back after 4:00 nd the room will be ready. Or call the number on the card they give you, and ask them if the room is ready.

We've done this many times, very easy. Sometimes, though, you may get lucky and a room will be ready for you. One tip we use, pack a carryon or tote bag to keep with you with the things you will need while waiting (bathing suits, camera, sunscreen, etc.), then the rest of your stuff can go straight to storage. Get started and have fun!

The last two visits, we arrived around 11 a.m. both times. The first time, our room wasn't ready until right about 3:00, but we spent that time hanging out at the pool.

The next time, we arrived prepared to leave our luggage and head out to the parks -- but our room WAS ready! Very cool!
