Hey Folks….We have normally done a special candlelight processional dining package in past which guarantees a seat. Just wondering about how late you can arrive and still get a seat without the package. I recognize that there are of course a number of variables that can impact attendance (e.g. popularity of narrator (I remember the extra busy Neil Patrick Harris events!) etc.

We are going the first week of December this year with Jordan Fisher and Jennifer Garner as narrators. Based on past experiences, how early do you think we should arrive to get a seat (doesn’t have to be a great one)? Do all showings fill up? Are earlier showings less busy and therefore you can arrive a bit later (e.g. 15-20 mins before)?

Thanks for any info / insights

I'd say an hour before. I've definitely waited through an entire show to get a seat at the next one. In my experience, a lot depends on the weather. If its cold, or looks like rain, you can probably cut the wait time in half.

If you were later in the season, going on a weekend or it was a popular narrator, you'd definitely need to be there earlier.

Also judge by the length of the line. if the line is just back to the lake, you're in good shape for a decent seat. If you're snaked back more than twice, from the Lake edge its pretty risky.
