Arrival question???

We leave in three weeks for our stay at CBR. My daughter and I are arriving Wednesday night but our reservation does not start until Thursday. My dh and ds don't arrive until Thursday night.
My dd and I are spending Wednesday night with my SIL who arrives Wed. morning and then checking us in Thursday. Since we can't take ME on Wed. we are taking a car service with the grocery stop. My dd and I are only arriving early because it was the only way to use airline miles for free tickets. We will suffer through the extra day
My question is this.. We will not be arriving at CBR until around midnight thanks to USair pushing our flight time back. Can we just give security my SIL's name and room number and go straight to the parking lot for her building or will we have to stop at custom house and drag everything over to where ever she is located?

Your names are on your SILs reservation, right? Will your SIL have picked up your KTTW cards when she checks in? In that case you could go straight to he building her room is in. Then the next morning go back to the Customs House to check in for the rest of your stay.

Our names are not on her reservation, we have our own reservation that begins Thursday. We are just sleeping in her room and then checkin in and getting our KTTW on Thursday morning. Unless we can check in since it will be after midnight????

She should put your name on the reservation, if it will not exceed the capacity of her room. She can do it after she arrives at CBR.

It would not exceed capacity, she is by herself. But would that affect cost? We are checking in Thursday with our own reservation. She has a MYW/free dining package as do we.

It won't affect her cost unless your daughter is 18 or over. And your Thursday reservation isn't even accessible in the system until 6 or 7 AM Thursday, not midnight; doesn't mean your room will be ready, but you can at least preregister.

Just have her add you and your DD when she checks in and she can tell the front desk it's just for one night.

If she does it on arrival, you will not be on her dining package - all you will get is a room key. As noted, if your daughter is under 18 and your sister-in-law is in the room by herself, there will be no extra adult charge.
