Our flight gets into MCO at about 12:30 PM and we are taking ME to OKW. Given that check in time is 4 pm for DVC rooms and we will get there before that would we have to check in before heading to the parks?

I'm wondering if we can get into the parks by 3 or so that day.

Any ideas on how to make everything go faster?

I don't think you have to check in if you don't want to but you will have to take ME to OKW (and stop at bell services if you have any carryon luggage to store). You might want to look into online check in direct to room option-that way you won't have to stop at the front desk. It is possible to make it to a park by 3 but not likely. Unless everything goes you way it will be difficult as there is usually a wait to board ME, then a decent drive from the airport to disney, ME is also usually shared by multiple resorts so if you aren't the first stop you have to wait for all the guests to get off and collect their carry on luggage. Even if you don't check in and have no carryon luggage to store you will then have to wait for a disney bus to the park you want to visit and buses seem to be a little less frequent in the afternoon. Most people on here estimate 3 hrs from arrival to parks.

Ok, thank you for the info.

If you don't have anything you need to store with bell services or plan to check in immediately I guess you could always just get off at what ever resort is the first stop for ME and then catch a park bus from there-never gave that much thought as we always have carry on luggage-we aren't light packers lol

It is not the first stop, either SSR or Caribbean Beach are first...and LOTS get out at CBR and it takes 15+ minutes for that crowd
