Arizona Biltmore and Grand Wailea bought by Hilton

I came across this information while trying to plan a 2007 trip to Hawaii. Do you think this will affect these resorts staying in the concierge collection?

At this point, we really don't know. I would think that Hilton will honor any current ressies, and probably honor the DVC exchange contract until it expires. If Hilton sees any benefits from th contract, there is no reason to assume it won't renewed n some fashion. If only a handful of DVCers stay there. Hilton may see it as "more trouble" than it is worth and not continue the contract past the expiration date.
