so long since I posted, I can't remember...

anyway

gained another 1.5 lbs this week.
Not suprising.
Snacks and beer this weekend.

Going back in Phase 1 to get things under control.


7 miles again on Sunday.
10min less that 2/29... :bounce:

WO: no running this morning
B: 2 eggs scrambled with 1 pc Canadian Bacon and 2 stalks asparagus
MS: peanuts, hot tea
L: salad and hamburger (do I even have to say "sans bun") ;)
AS: tbd
D: tbd
WO: weights-tbd
NS: tbd
 
So you've gained weight but you're running faster?? Could some of that extra weight be new muscle that you're building from all your workouts?? Just a thought!

Keep up the great work & stay away from the snacks & beer!! :teeth:

Oh yeah, That's why I'm not too terribly upset about it.
The beer was ohhh soooo good too.
