Hi everyone! :flower3: I am having such a hard time deciding on our reception location! I really want some place with a lot of natural lighting. We are planning on having approximately 60-65 guests. I was wondering if I could get some opinions as to what everyone thinks of these locations. Our WC suggested Ariels. But our photographer-to-be said she just shot a wedding at Narcoossee's and it was so beautiful and bright! Also, I have heard so many wonderful things about Citricos. I'm just very confused b/c DF and I have never been to any of these locations and most likely won't be able to get down there until our planning session! All opinions and suggestions are more than welcome! Thank you everyone in advance! I appreciate the help from this board so much! :flower3:

I'll weigh in again for posterity... :rotfl:

Ariel's has windows on the lower level by the dance floor but none up by the dining area. Narcoossee's windows are shaded by an overhang. Citricos has two walls of exposed windows. I would say it has the best natural lighting in wedding photos I've seen from all three venues, but you probably can't go wrong with any of them. If I had to pick, I'd say Narcoossee's is the darkest.

HTH--

The problem with Ariels I would see is that yes there are great full length windows/doors on the dance floor but these are on the first floor and look out right on a walkway and the pool. There are white curtins/drapes covering the window that let light through but you really need to keep them closed unless you will have all people from the pool looking in at you.

Here is a photo from when we were down for our site visit.
