Are you referring to the restaurant in DCA? They have a "Princess Character Meal" there every day for lunch and dinner. They rotate different princesses during this time.

They also offer a special Character Meet & Greet for Disney Visa card holders before the restaurant opens. They usually rotate those characters as well, and I have heard about Mickey, Goofy, Max, Chip & Dale for this meet.
