ARGH Lunch with an Imagineer a secret among Disney Cast Members too?!?!?!

UGH I'm on the phone with disney dining right now, trying to see if there's been any cancellation with lunch with an imagineer on 12/12. The guy then proceeds to make ressies for Brown Derby for lunch (not what I want, I know it's at the brown derby but not just at the restaurant!) he has NO CLUE what I'm talking about. He then asks: Is it separate from the fireworks/dinner show? UGH. Obviously, as it is a LUNCH. Grrr. Aren't these people supposed to be trained?!

Good luck with that !! We went to lunch with an Imagineer in Aug (21), and it was great ! I'd love to go on 12/12. It's my birthday !! Good luck !!

I *think* I booked our Imagineer lunch through a different number instead of Dining. I want to say it was the tour line because I had to move our Magical Milestones Tour since Imagineer lunch was full on the day I wanted to go. I called to move the tour and I figured IF I could move the tour that I would call back and try for a different date on the Lunch, but the Tour guy was able to move the tour AND book the lunch.
