Our first night, I left our DDE card in our SSR studio when we went to dinner at 1900 Park Fare. I told our server what happened, and she said she could not give us the discount but that Guest Services at our hotel would take care of it. The next day, I asked a Guest Services CM and he said there was nothing he or anyone in Guest Services could do about it; we would have to go back to the restaurant and speak with a manager. Of course our park touring plans did not allow for that kind of detour, so we let it go.
That was back in February. I tried calling the restaurant when we got home, but no one there returned my call. We'll be dining at 1900 Park Fare again in May. What do you think my chances are of getting the 20% from that night credited back to me? Is it even worth asking about?
