On my 3rd call to MS today (lol), I wanted to waitlist for BC in November. We've had multiple waitlists come through recently, but we still have one active. The cast member I spoke with refused to set up the 2nd waitlist for us. I double checked to verify that we only had one open one. He said yes. I asked why we couldn't have a second, and he told me that they had just reviewed the rules last week and that you could only have a max of 2 waitlists per use year, and since we had others come through we had used ours for the year. In fact he told me I was lucky he didn't cancel the active one we had now b/c we had 3 come through before it. I just about crawled through the phone. I argued but got nowhere. Luckily I convinced him NOT to cancel the one I have as it's been active for almost 4 months now, and I would think we'd be getting close to the top of the list. It took a lot of work before he agreed to "ignore" it.
I hung up as fast as I could, waited a few minutes, and called back. The next gentleman I got double checked our situation and easily booked the waitlist.
So as a warning, there is a male cast member who appears to be interpreting waitlist rules the wrong way. I did do the survey and reported the incident so hopefully they'll re-educate him quickly.
