ARGGH - Lost all my ADRs when the site switched over...

Now that the site is My Disney Experience, I have lost all my ADRs which were in "My Reservations" on the old site. I don't have all the confirmation numbers to link to the new site since I had them all there when I logged in before - I didn't keep all the emails.

This is a disaster...any advice?

Call Disney and they should be able to pull them up with your phone number and give you the confirmation numbers.

Rest assured, they're still linked to your reservation. As mentioned, you just need to call Disney to get your reservation numbers and then add them yourself to the new site. My only challenge was a few of my reservations where originally made over the phone and I booked my trip through a T.A. Apparently, the reservations were made with my agent's phone number, not mine. It didn't matter when adding them to the new site. I just needed the reservation number and not the agent's phone number when linking the dining reservation.

I got them all back but one. It was difficult to find at first because I guess I booked them under my cell phone number and not my home phone number. She eventually found them all but one and it wasn't a hot ticket item (Biergarten) so we rebooked while on the phone and I got the original time anyway.
